Hi, my name is Kelli and I am the Supervisor at Takapuna Primary Aftercare.
Takapuna Primary Aftercare is independently owned and operated and has been operating at Takapuna Primary school since 2009. Our program offers an engaging and fun After School Care as well as Holiday Programmes throughout the year. Takapuna Primary Aftercare is approved and accredited by the Ministry of Social Development as an OSCAR provider and therefore eligible families are able to access the OSCAR childcare subsidy.

To apply for the subsidy, please visit the Work and Income website. We are located in the school hall where our children meet at 3pm. We provide many activities such as indoor/outdoor activities and crafts, including outdoor play, sandpit and playground time, field games, toys, cars, dolls, figurines, Lego and blocks and sports gear. We encourage the children to participate in all activities, but none are compulsory. All activities are supervised by our trained staff. We provide a snack of fruit and biscuits/crackers as a top up during the afternoon. We look forward to meeting all new children and parents.
